Student Records

To request electronic or printed copies of student records, please contact the last school the student was enrolled in. Contact information for each school can be found on that school's homepage. 

Please be aware that access to student records is strictly regulated. Only authorized individuals may obtain these records in accordance with privacy laws. 

Students, Parents, and Alumni:
We’re excited to announce that Donaldsonville High School now offers an easy-to-use online service for requesting official transcripts through Parchment, the trusted leader in secure electronic transcript delivery. With just a few clicks, you can send your transcript directly to the college, university, scholarship, or employer of your choice—quickly, securely, and confidentially.

What You’ll Need to Get Started:

• Your enrollment status (currently enrolled or former student)
• Your date of birth
• Your student ID number (if currently enrolled)
• A valid email address
• Maiden name, if applicable (for alumni)

Please note: Transcript processing may take up to 48 hours.

Parchment Transcript Fees
 

Current Students:

• All transcript requests are FREE if submitted in person at the Student Services Office
• If you choose to submit your request online through Parchment, there is a $5.00 fee per transcript.

Alumni:

• All alumni transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment.
• Transcripts for alumni are no longer processed at the school.
• Cost: $5.00 per transcript
